Mr. Wen highlighted that tariff policies under the Trump administration have accelerated the restructuring of global value chains. Enterprises need to penetrate trade barriers through diversified supply chain layouts, localized production, and the establishment of offshore trade hubs. In response to the complexities of international logistics chains, he emphasized that "end-to-end full-chain visibility" and "autonomous control" are key to breakthroughs.
