On the morning of July 25, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government held a certification ceremony for MNC's regional headquarters and R&D centers, in which Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shanghai, awarded certificates to regional headquarters and R&D centers of multinational corporations, and Hua Yuan, Vice Mayor of Shanghai, delivered a speech. Deputy Mayor Chen Shuai attended the certificate awarding ceremony on behalf of Hongkou District Government.
At the ceremony, Isewan (Shanghai) International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. was awarded the Shanghai Regional Headquarters of Multinational Corporations, and WallTech (China) Co., Ltd. awarded the Foreign Investment R&D Center certificate.
Isewan (Shanghai) International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. was established in 2014, mainly engaged in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehouse storage, domestic freight forwarding, loading and unloading, and NVOCC business. Established in 2013, WallTech (China) Co., Ltd. is an industry-leading SaaS platform development and software service provider for cross-border logistics and supply chain management. The company was recognized as a municipal foreign-funded R&D center by the Municipal Commission of Commerce in 2023.
