The newly added inquiry function for fulfilment order quotations in eTowerOne is suitable for customers or logistics providers to estimate costs before creating a fulfilment order. It allows searches based on multiple dimensions, making it easy to find matching service quotations.
1. In the Fulfillment Order module, find and click the Add button.
2. On the new page for creating a Fulfillment Order, click My Quotation to inquire.
3. A new window, the Fulfillment Order Quotation, will pop up. In this window, you can search for and select suitable service quotations based on shipping, warehouse, recipient, and cargo specifications.
4. The quotation inquiry page supports more refined dimensions. By further adding package and SKU information, you can find and select suitable service quotations.
With the update of the Fulfillment Order Quotation feature in eTowerOne, Shippers or Retailers can now search for the most suitable service rates more intuitively when shipping. Additionally, logistics service providers (such as 3PLs) can offer more tailored logistics services to different customers in eTowerOne.
