The FedEx Compatible Solution Program empowers solution providers by allowing their users to place orders and perform other operations directly using a FedEx account through a dedicated Developer Account. This thus improves integration efficiency for solution providers and their users.

Without the FedEx Compatible Program, the traditional account integration process is complex and time-consuming, users (with a FedEx account) must first visit the FedEx website to place orders and work with their software service provider to integrate with FedEx via API, including obtaining authorization, register a developer account, apply for account keys and secrets, and acquire an access token. Each customer must repeat this time-consuming process, resulting in a poor customer experience and excess labour costs.
